Literally, hello world! It’s been months since my last post and so many things have been happening in my life (ups and downs) that I do not know here to start! For a start, I am doing pretty fine with exciting news to share (really itching to share) but I’ll save that for another post perhaps a lil’ later!

It’s coming to the month of June & July, that only means 2 things that I always look forward to! BONUUUSSSS & INCREMENT! Muahhahaha it’s been 4 years here and counting. Though the distance travelled between Choa Chu Kang and Expo area is pretty far, somehow the work’s manageable and the people here are ossum! Couldn’t have asked for a better working environment.

With that said, Ramadhan and Syawal is also coming up soon! Gonna be different this year coz my FIL is staying with us and I guess we’ll be cooking this year for raya! It’s a good change coz we get to do things that the husband and I seldom. Normally it’d be us going over to my parents and enjoying the food mum & dad cooked! Lol! Lazy… I know! :p

My tart orders for this year raya got a really good & overwheming response. Alhamdullilah! 🙂

And with that, I need to get a new chiller. With the orders in, I don’t think my current fridge would be able to accomodate the tarts as well as the raya food ingredients! 🙂

Lola’s are on a break these coming 2 months. So thankful for that. I guess coz we are doing it on a part-time basis so no pressure to meet any monthly cap for any payments, quotas, etc. We do have plans to do it full time, but I guess until both of us have settled down with families, then we’ll take a look at that. We wouldn’t want to commit with orders and then having to turn them down coz of family commitments. Majlis orang cannot main-main hor!

I guess that’s enough updates for now. Hopefully with the free time, I could do better at the blogging aspect! 🙂
