The big boss mood swings hasn’t been helpful. The constant reminders that my sales target are not met doesn’t help. How to u tell me… I do admin, I do registrations, I do finance/accounts, I do marketing, I do proofread of texts, I do web, I do ….. Arrrggghhhh senang cakap aku pa-ka-liao everything ah!! So how to concentrate on my target… Last straw came when he out in the open say he willing to let go anyone if they are not happy that the time-off thingy was abolished. He mentioned, (his exact words) “he had enough of the shitty operation of the school”. We never minded staying back late to complete the things, never once we complained, but being petty for these small small things sucks big time. I mean you don’t need to be so calculative on things…

So now the resume’s out! Hah! 4 years in the company and I’m wondering wat else is there for me to do? Can i even climb up any ladder? Like Liza said, if I could do everything with my eyes closed or answer anything at instant and that the answers are at my fingertips, it’s time to move. Nurul moved on, Liza moved on, Arfah’s also on the lookout… Told my mum about it. She said she can’t imagine the boss’s reaction if I were to really leave… So let’s just wait and see…

  1. Yup, I agree with u Tini semua skg keje kena buat everything whether or not u ape position. Mcm kite ni die nk make use kadang2 kite rase. But whatever it is gal, u still young jd dun worry mana keje leh ambik nye..lagi multi-tasking.. *winkz*

  7. let say ya the kind of person who needs challenge.and after 4 years i believe ya basically noe the company at the back of ya hand. so wif gods willing if new challenge arises and to ya liking dnt hesitate to grab it aite dear.ya capable of achieving greater tings…..

  8. oh tinie.. work just sux rite?? I'm having working dilemma till today. They made u do everything, yet being picky on small issues (arghhh.. gosh.. all bosses r the same..!!) But its ok girl, rezeki di mana².. so if new offer comes by, juz grab it.. Watever yr decision made, nvr look back n regret. Everything will turn out well..insya allah..

  17. hahaha…i also changing job la babe…went for a few interviews already..sick of multi-tasking at my workplace…feel like i've been taken advantage of..hehehe…under paid and over work

  18. hey gal i feel for u.. my task pa ka liao too and i've had my ex-manager threatening me like that too. He brags to others im one of his “pillar” to keep the operations alive, skali wen Clients complain over integrity thgs he turn nasty on you.. hey, news on the rise tt there's loads of job opportunity. private sectors offering more than govt! :p

    plus if you can do all those, you're marketable. it's all bout the resume baby!
