Met up with Dr. J earlier on and as expected, results are negative. So we’ll be starting on IUI. He’s giving me pills to induce the menses again (which will eat into my Bandung trip and hopefully not spoiling it by giving me massive cramps). On the 2nd day, I’ll have to start on the HCG self-injections. Pls pray for me that I get through the self- injections and that my eggs are wanting to come out and play! :p

However I am more worried about the IUI process. I suddenly recalled the HSG process (checking for blocked fallopian tubes) and shudder at the thought of the pain that I went through. Although my threshold of pain is relatively high, I crumbled when they did that. :/ dr. J reassured me that it’s not painful but most of the people who have gone through the IUI process, in forums describe it to be very uncomfortable and that it can be painful if I have a tilted cervix. How the heck would I know if i have a tilted cervix! So for now, I’ll just wait.
