Finally the day came for the full scan. Both the husband and I were pretty excited coz hopefully by then we should be able to know the gender of the twins. Our appt was at 4pm on Tuesday and it went all the way till about 5-ish, twin B was right on top and all showy (so taking all the necessary measurements was easy) but twin A was at the bottom and curled up so they had no way of measuring the spine and checking the kidneys. They had to ask me to walk around and come back half an hour later for about 4 times before telling me that it’s best to come back the next day before my gynae’s appointment.

Next day we came, this time she was in breech position (bum down) but still curled up so after 4 tries, still unsuccessful. The husband even said… this twin degil like the mother… *rolls eyes* hehehhe I was given another appointment this coming Friday. So hopefully, dear baby, please turn ok. We met up with Dr. Suzanna and she mentioned that from the current readings, alhamdullilah there are no abnormalities found. I mentioned to her that I feel very tight near the uterus area and it’s a lil’ painful when walking sometimes. She felt my stomach and told me that there’s still a lot of room for babies to grow but just coz that Twin A is near my uterus, hence the pressure. She said the babies are growing up well. 🙂

When I started out the IVF programme with Dr. Sadhana, I did ask her if it was ok to travel but she gave me a direct NO! coz she wants us tio be wary of the dangers in the early stages. So I tried my luck and ask Dr. Suzanna…. heheh she gave me the green light and said it should be ok to travel till about November! The husband was giving me one kind of look… as if he’s telling me… who mentioned about going for a holiday! Hhahahahaha… but I was already thinking of Tenpanyakki in KL, Tony Romas, etc. All the good food thereeeeeee! Hoooowwwwww! Nak go jugak! Normally we’d drive up but later on he mentioned that he’s just worries that having to think that 3 lives are in his hands when he is driving up and normally he’d go really fast! I replied him back… then drive slow lah! :p
