The movie was account of a family who survived the Tsunami that hit SEA in 2004 in Khao Lak, Thailand. One of the worst natural catastrophes that has occured. The movie recounts how they were separated and then reunited in the end. Somehow it made me feel the horror and devastation that these people had to go through. The effects showing how the family was swept away by the waves, pulled under by  the currents, getting seriously hurt by the foreign objects in the water and the many dead bodies. Somehow, it also points out how the Thais & people from all walks of life coming together to help out those in need despite they, themselves losing their homes and belongings. My heart goes out to the people who had gone through the ordeal.

Warning: The movie is really a tear-jerker. Get ready a few packets of tissue.
