I guess working with people is a very touchy situation. Is it because of the age gap that people tend to judge you if you are able to work or otherwise? I get that vibe sometimes. It’s like they think twice to ask you somethings coz they feel that I may be imcompetent or prolly that I should be on the same level as them and that they shouldn’t bother asking me… Or asking me would make them feel less of better person… Go figure! @ the end of the day, I deliver what I am supposed to deliver.
