44 Best Bodyweight Exercises for Women

Saw this vid online and was thinking that since I am trying some new exercises, could add this in as well. I want tummy like dat can and that V-Shape @ the sides! :p

  1. me and yoga ada masalah sikit. the yogi said im too flexible (k duno what that is actually but i think not so good unless i am in a sarkis wahawhh)

    body tak mao dgr kata sikit whahawhaw! so i do it the brutal way then.

    aaaaaaaaaaand the jaga makan part tu ada susah sikit, i tend to binge on dessert when i am down.
